This is a substantial bracelet created by the Fulani people in Mali or Niger.  It measures just under 2 3/4" (7 cm) for its outer width, and approximately 2" (5.1 cm) for its inner width.  It is just over 2 1/8" (5,4 cm) tall on the outside and approximately 1 1/4" (3,2 cm) tall on the inside.  The diamond shaped decorative element measures 3/4" (1,9 cm) tall and 7/8" (2,25 cm) wide.  This bracelet has been crafted of twisted brass and white metal with rounded finials.  Its diamond shaped decorative element has incised patterning and an accent of copper at its center.  This piece is both strong and graceful.
