Description

This is a Moroccan Berber silver pendant in the shape of the Southern Cross. It measures just over 1 3/4" (4,5 cm) tall, 1 1/2" (3,85 cm) wide, and approximately 0.9 cm deep. This lovely antique pendant features a graceful combination of wirework and granulation. It has been constructed by folding a continuous sheet of silver over at the bale to match the outer edges from front to back, making the inside hollow. Its age and use have bestowed it with imperfections that lend to its character.
